Our new name

The next era of 

Al. Neyer is Merus.

In 2025, we changed our name from Al. Neyer to Merus. No longer a family-owned company, we now have a new name to better reflect our collaborative process and deep investment in every project. 

Merus honors 130 years of real estate excellence and also celebrates our nearly 200-strong team. Together, we’re looking to the future, built by our team of employee-owners. 

Merus is us. We’re the next chapter.
